Girls Camp Pillow Treats | Glow

Here’s a fun idea for a Girls Camp pillow treat, a secret sister gift, or any little uplifting gift. I used my Silhouette CAMEO and white sticker paper to create a print & cut flag onto this glow stick bracelet.

I made these last summer for our group of girls heading out to Girls Camp. Each glow stick bracelet has its own flag with a quote by President Thomas S. Monson that says, “If you want to give light to others, you have to GLOW yourself.” (April 1999 General Conference)

I used the print & cut feature of Silhouette Studio to add a pattern to this banner shape, along with the quote I typed. I used sticker paper so I didn’t have to worry about adding glue to all of these tiny flags.

You could stick it directly to the glow stick, but I chose to add a little square of scrap paper in the center to keep it from sticking right onto the bracelet. This picture shows the sticky side of the flag with a white, non-sticky square in the center:

And here’s the lineup of my finished product for the 15 girls. I heard they liked all the little daily goodies I made for them.
