Hi Kelly! I have tried all of that and it comes up saying my download code is a gift card but I can’t redeem it as a gift card either. I have no idea what to do now! I am new to the whole silhouette business!
So a gift card sounds like a merchandise gift card for silhouetteamerica.com. You can’t use promo codes and gift cards at the same time, so you’ll have to choose between TIME2 or the gift card.
1- Add items to your cart.
2- Go to checkout.
3- Scroll all the way to the bottom of the checkout page.
4- It has a link to sign in before applying a code, so you’ll need to create an account with Silhouette and use that email to sign in. This will be the same email for all future design or product purchases.
5- Once you sign in, you need to enter either TIME2 *or* your gift card code in the spot where it says “apply code” right above the blue checkout button.
6- If any of that doesn’t work or is unclear, I recommend reaching out to Silhouette Support. They are great to work with. Live Chat is the best (it’s available on silhouetteamerica.com Mon-Fri 8 am – 5 pm MST). But you can also email them at support@silhouetteamerica.com.
