Silhouette Live Online Class!
Yes, I know it’s been three months since I did my test run for a live online class, but I’m finally able to do another! Anyone who attended the last class may have already received an invitation.
I’ll have two online classes on Thursday, October 4th, at 1:00 p.m. MDT and 8:00 p.m. MDT (the same time of day as in July).
This time I’ll discuss using Photoshop Elements to enhance what we can do with Silhouette Studio and our Silhouette machines. I’ll be using Photoshop Elements 10, but the tools I use should be available in any version of Photoshop Elements, and full-version Photoshop users should be able to translate it to their program as well. You can download a trial version of PSE 11 here.
Even if you don’t have Photoshop Elements, feel free to join. I’ll present a prepared lesson, but you can also ask questions in the live chat. A recording will be available shortly after each class.

In related news, I’d really like to start up a series of basic Silhouette lessons in the future, so you can tell me how you feel about that in the comments here or in the exit survey after attending the online class. I would try to keep them to one-hour lessons, so you can pick and choose which to attend based on what I will be teaching for each lesson. Also, would you be willing to pay a small fee for each Basics class? About $5 for each one-hour lesson is what I propose.

I'm sure your classes will be wonderful – if my days were not so full right now I'd take part! With our Thanksgiving so near every day is jam packed 🙁 I think your basic lessons are a great idea and the price is certainly right. Perhaps I'll catch the next round. You're a true wealth of information and I know I still have a lot to learn.

Your basic classes sound wonderful; however as a SAHM I am unable to pay for classes. 🙁 Sorry!

Hoping I'll be home in time to watch the evening one. Don't think I'll be able to watch on my cell phone. Sounds like a interesting class and I really want to get more out of Photoshop as well as Studio. Thanks for the hard work that I know you put into preparing for these online classes and offering them free.

I'm excited to take your class. I haven't done anything with my Cameo all summer til last week when I made a Sadie Hawkins invite for my daughter to use. Now I have the bug again. How long is the class. I need to figure out if I can finish the afternoon class before I need to pick-up my son. I can do the MDT class, but I might have to do evening if the class goes longer than 2 hours.

I just emailed you in regards to some basic Silhouette questions — great minds think alike! I'd love to attend one. Should it fit with my schedule I'd be happy to pay; I also love the posted videos of the lessons. I only found you today, but already watched one and felt I learned a lot.
