Happy New Year!

Followers

While I’m excited to start a new year, I must say I found nothing wrong with the old one.  But it sure went by fast!

I’ve hit some great milestones this year, actually all within the last six weeks.

  • My blog passed 1.5 million cumulative page views (November 18th).
  • I reached 1,000 Pinterest followers (December 4th).
  • I reached 1,000 Instagram followers (December 29th).

A big thank you to all my readers and followers who keep visiting and commenting and validating what I do.  Making pretty things is much more rewarding when you know it’s appreciated.  Maybe that’s why I don’t like to cook and clean.  😉

Also, a big thank you to Silhouette America for letting me share my creativity and knowledge on their design team the past 14 months…and counting.  And of course, for creating my lovely CAMEO, which is what makes my style of crafting possible.

More thanks to those designers and companies who have let me spotlight their products in various guest-designer roles this past year.  I find the challenge of working with new products and files that I might not otherwise have a chance to try very appealing.

I don’t know what will happen in 2015, but I’m optimistic that it will be a great year full of projects and tutorials and Silhouette bliss.  Thanks for spending time with me, and Happy New Year!

    Wanted to tell you.
    I loved your Christmas Card.
With the birch, the dear, the bow, and the "Season's Greetings.
I kept it in my inbox right up to the last minutes to be my Christmas card for this year.
Well, my mom is 82 and I don't know how many more Christmas she will have with us.
She loves Nativity's, so I went that way with my cards.
I was going through my inbox a few days ago and saw your card again.
    I thought for a second and bam………………..
I changed the words from "Season's greetings" to "Thank you"
And now my Christmas Thank Yous are done.
Thank you too for your talent and inspiration.
Funny thing is, I had all those files in my software, just hadn't "put them together"
