Fall 3D Card
I made this card for my sister’s birthday and used the Silhouette stamping material to stamp the leaves, then covered them with glittery swirls using the Silhouette double-sided adhesive. I love making custom stamps, because I can easily design the card elements to fit perfectly. I had cut out this leaf shape when I made these other custom stamps.
I used Lori Whitlock’s 3D halloween owl card as the base for this card, but removed the center and created my own. I used parts of the House of 3 swirled vines shape to create the swirls for the glitter design. A little bit of welding, cropping, and compound-path magic…and voila!
I love this card style because it has a lot of dimension to it but lays flat for mailing. Have a great weekend, and happy fall!

P.S. I’m working on a big project I’m excited to show you next week. If you follow my Instagram feed, you may have already seen the sneak peek.

Your sister LOVED her card, by the way. 😉
Hi Kelly,
Thank You so much for the inspiration. I made a 3D card for my parents, inspired by your card 🙂
I'm so glad to hear that, Helen! I hope your parents love it. 🙂
