Festive Themed Fabric Flower Clips
I made these flower hair clips very quickly for my girls the night before our 4th of July celebrations. I used the Contact-paper method to avoid getting out the iron for interfacing, and I used the pattern I provided on this Fabric Frenzy post. No tulle this time, and I didn’t treat the edges so these flowers are going to get rough and frayed.
The great thing was it took me less than an hour to make these two clips from start to finish and I was able to pick several colors to go with the theme, in this case for the 4th of July. It would be pretty quick and easy to make these for sporting events or in specific holiday colors.
I’d love to hear what kind of projects you’re making with fabric and your Silhouette!
so cute Kelly!! my girls don't like frilly things in their hair anymore:-( and I haven't tried cutting fabric yet but it is on my list of things to try:-)
Those are so cute. I will have to make some up for my granddaughters. These would be great for a Christmas gift as it would be lightweight to mail.
these hairbows are so cute.
Thank you, ladies!
