Dress up a Frame with Vinyl

Here’s my newest tutorial on the Silhouette 101 blog. It’s a simple project to dress up a frame with vinyl. I used textured translucent adhesive vinyl, but you can do this with any vinyl you’d like! All the details are in my tutorial HERE.
